| Last Will 24 January 1890 | 24 January 1890: In
the Name of god, Amen, I the undersigned Martin Depp, being of sound
mind and memory do hereby make and publish this my last will and
testament: I hereby bequeath all my property reald and personal
wheresoever the same my be to my beloved wife Anna Depp. I appoint my
paid wife the executrix of this my last will and testament. My will is
that my paid wife shall not be required to give any bonds or security
to the Judge of the probate Court for the faithful execution of the
duties as executrix. In witness whereof I have hereunto pet my hand and
seal this twenty fourth day of January one thousand eight hundred and
