HARRY SIMMONS, aged twenty-three, was driving the horse, and he, together with EDDY DEPTOR, aged nine, and a boy of ten, unidentified, was drowned. Several other children were on the wagon, but escaped. The horse balked near the dump. The driver tried to urge the animal forward, but instead backed the wagon over the embankment.
